Unacceptable Service: My Rolex Was Sold Right In Front of Me! 😤⌚
I'm compelled to share a truly disappointing shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning to others. My visit to the store was incredibly frustrating, and it's why I'm leaving this review. My salesperson didn't seem interested in helping me with watches at all. I was actively looking at a watch, the only Rolex I was truly interested in there, when incredibly, my salesperson just gave it to someone else to sell right in front of me. I guess she didn't think I was serious. It was only after the other person bought it, and I made it clear I was leaving, that she suddenly became interested, looking in the back and the window displays for another one, and then offered to put me on a list. This level of dismissive service was so shocking that I felt it was essential to leave a review and reach out to customer service to express my dismay.
Customer: I'm contacting you because I had an incredibly frustrating experience at your store yesterday. My salesperson was completely uninterested in helping me, and then sold the watch I was looking at to someone else. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that, that sounds like a truly unacceptable experience. Please tell me more about what happened. Customer: I was literally standing there, examining the only Rolex I was seriously considering, and she just handed it off to another customer's salesperson. It felt like she completely judged me and decided I wasn't a serious buyer. CS Rep: I understand why you'd feel that way, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of attentiveness and professionalism you experienced. That is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. We value every customer. Customer: She only seemed to care after I said I was leaving, then she started scrambling to find another watch and put me on a waitlist. It was too late then; the damage was done. I just don't understand how that could happen. CS Rep: You're absolutely right to feel that way. We deeply regret that your visit ended with such disappointment. I'd like to escalate this feedback immediately and, if you're open to it, perhaps arrange a follow-up with a different sales associate or a manager to ensure we can still assist you properly.
